Some notes:

Yes the reservoir takes up two drive bays. I don't plan on using them so it was not a concern for me. There are however, plenty of other spots it could be moved to, I was just trying to hide things and keep airflow the best I could.

The 2 fans on the Radiator are 74cfm Silenx that glow Green to match the rest of the fans in the case. Yea I know they have mixed reviews, but I got a couple for a decent price and figured I would test them out.

This is as far as i have gotten thus far. I will post more as I move forward.

The first picture you can sorta see how I filled the res. Bought a 75cent plastic funnel and attached some 7/16 tubing. Then just attached it to a barb on top of the res. Real easy!

The Slienx fans are amazing thus far. I had to put my hand over the rad to be sure they were actually moving air. Very very quiet fans, and the rad is ice cold!

So apparently I am safe from leaks, so time to finish this baby up!

very nice, whenever I get around to upgrading to i7, probably after the 32nm revisions come out, I will definitely retain my GTZ, keeps my QX6850 nice and chilly, I look forward to seeing the finished build!

Okay, now for some advice...

How would you run the tubing? Best layout to maximize the cooling.

Been awhile since I built a water setup so could use some advice of which tube to run where.

i thought the horizontal plastic fitting was the inlet and the vertical one was the outlet? lol. but yeah, you have the idea, just wait for a few more suggestions and see what you like the most.
