Should PhysX be enabled for SLI?

Im runnin 8800GT SLI and dont notice that much difference between one card and two, im runnin them with PhysX enabled, and ive read on a few sites the PhysX may only be for use with one card.

Can someone help?

I noticed nothing but an increase when disabling that feature. So I'm leaving it off until they prove to me that I need it
