Are you entrigued by watercooling? Does silence, danger, glowing water or having a computer that will make women attracted to you appeal to you?

If so watercooling may be for you. I recommend you read the FAQs to get your facts straight and read some stickies, found here, so that you can see if watercooling is right for you.

HERE is a link to the Watercooling stickies section. ....

HERE is a thread on basic questions and answers about watercooling, as well as a list of the parts envolved in watercooling.

Ok, now you know you want to enter the awesome world of watercooling.

:welcome:

Now before you hit the post button to start your very own thread about how to start watercooling, and what you need, lets address a few things first, this will save people having to ask for them, and will make Greenman100 happier (you'll find out who he is later).

In your first post of your thread asking about watercooling here are some things to list.

  • List why you want to watercool. Is it noise, preformance, abit of both, or to be the only guy in the retirement home with a watercooled A64.
  • List your budget. From small to large, watercooling parts can be selected to fit your budget.
  • List what tools you have or have access and how profficient you are with them.
  • List what kind of encloser (case) you have. And whether you are willing to cut it up.
  • List what computer parts you have (basics like CPU, motherboard) or will be getting for your watercooled monster.

Now you are armed (and dangerous) with information, and knowledge, and know how to best ask for help.

Good luck and have (wet and wild) fun.

Credit to thorilan and 9mmCensor for this sticky.
