Question 19'' CRT's

I am looking into purchasing a 19'' CRT. Right now I am seriously considering a Samsung Monitor (950mb, 957mb), but I want more opinions on what is the best choice for me. I don't want to spend any more than 300 bucks on this monitor. Does anybody have any viable suggestions?

Samsungs are great, as is my Nokia 19in WideScreen. I love it but it is discontinued. I got mine near mint condition, used, for 100 bucks.

I use the "19 Sony Trinitron HMD-A400. It has 4 built in usb ports, 1firewire port, it's gorgeous looking as well. The only downfall is, it's max resolution is 1600X1200.

Right now on eBay, there is a 22inch Viewsonic flatscreen CRT for only $200.00 + $70.00 for shipping. If I didn't have so much to pay for, it would be in front of me right now. BABY RUUUTH!?!?

I just got a 19 viewsonic which is a big upgrade from the 17 I was using earlier. Its clear and has the new "brighter button" function. I got it for almost 200 dollars but if you dont have friends at retail stores it goes for about 220 (Best BUy).

I like the NEC though and the Sonys. They both use the trinitron technology that I would say is the best technology for monitors these days (think Dell Mons use it too)

I have a MAG 19" CRT and I couldn't be happier. It's a great monitor and I will be using it until it dies.

That's what I did with my MAG 19" CRT. It lasted almost exactly 3 years and one of the guns failed. Didn't upset me too much since it game me an excuse to buy a 19" Sony G420S. WAYYY better than the Mag.

Funny that I paid about $360 or so for the Mag and it was a cheapy 19" then. I paid $340 for the Sony and it is just about the most expensive 19" CRT now.
