BNC or DB-15?

Which is better? My monitor comes with both ports but only a DB-15 cord. Does BNC look any better? Does it help with refresh rates? my friend has BNC and his looks real good, of course that could just be his monitor but still...

BNC is much better. Aside from superior bandwidth, the signals are wrapped against eachother so that gives a better quality signal.

Of course, a crap quality BNC cable won't do you much to a DSub15 of similar quality.

Oh yeah, there is no such thing as a good quality bundled cable.
