Abit P35-E & E8400 won't work ?

I have an E8400 and a IP35-E and did not need a bios update. I bought the E8400 the day it came out so I'm pretty sure my IP35-E is a little older than yours.

timhuynh, is your E8400 an E0? If so, you need this beta BIOS and you should read this.
