I've been looking at this 2GB kit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231098

Anyone picked this up and tried to OC it? Looking at it in an E6420 build.

I don't think those will be great for OCing. A kit with some D9 ICs will be the best clockers. Look for the G.Skill 'HZ' with the black heatspreaders. That or maybe some Crucial Ballistix.

Get some G.skill Extreme Series 2 x 1 GB F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ. D9 chips!
Mine are running 549Mhz 5-5-5-12 @ 2.3v. The best ram I have ever owned.

Definitely go for the D9's... Running my D9's at 430mhz 4-4-3-8 @ 2.2v Also the best ram I've owned.

Checked out the F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ set, that looks great.

how much voltage are you running to get 776mhz? got a ss of dual 32m stable?

If you want cheaper G. Skill, check these out (see link). I have a couple of buddies using them. I know they'll do DDR2-900 at 4-4-4-10.
