Hey there.
I've recently begun using dual monitors again, and now I'm having an issue. ANY video I play on my Samsung SyncMaster 220WM in full screen chops up quite a bit.
If I drag it over to my 17" LG L1715S it runs fine.
Now, this issue didn't come instantly. It was fine monday afternoon and night and Tuesday in the morning. Tuesday night it started doing this, I can't seem to find out why but I have a small inkling of an idea.
I changed out video cards on Monday, changed from my ATI HD4850 to a GTX 280. And yes, I made sure to get all the ATI drivers off of here.
Any advice is appreciated.
