I'm looking for a new LCD monitor to use for gaming, movies, schoolwork and a lot of programming. I have about $400 that I could spend on this, but I would MUCH rather spend $200-250 if possible. Two monitors I've found so far are:
Dell S2409W:

I'm willing to pay more if there would be a noticeable gain in quality. I'd really appreciate any recommendations you might be willing to share.
