View Full Version : How hot should a monitor get?

I have an LG w2252tq and yesterday when I touched the actual plastic protection thing it was fairly warm to the touch. I would guess about 50-65 degrees C (was well over 40)

Is this to hot? Or is this within the acceptable temperature range. No plastic has melted as of yet but it feels like it will over extended usage.

Thanks in advance
Dave.

heh I love this monitor (slight backlight bleed down the bottom when it's fully black)
Also thanks for the response =) Made me very happy to see that this is normal (I love it when my gadgets and gizmo's work =D)
