I just moved to a larger appartment.... So naturally my computer desk setup is different.... The way I want my desk set up forces me to use an extension cable for my 2nd monitor (both CRTs). The problem is that now the 2nd monitor has odd wavy lines that move vertically on it. (moderate annoyance).

Could this be due to a cheep cable (poor shielding) or is this a problem inherent of extension cables???

Now that I think about it it has got to be a cheep cable since my KVM switch never produced weird lines like this...

SO any suggestions on a better cable. (standard CRT - VGA cable) I only need a 1½ foot extension.

this should be a very nice cable

and try not to run vga cables parallel to power lines.... and if you have to run at least 12in apart. if you have to cross do so at right angles.

EDIT - ^ LOLOLOLOLOLOL @ monster cables.
