Just a question about games on widescreens?

I got a 24 inch Samsung the other day & am wondering will my games display right? I have UT2004 & UT3.

They should. I know there are some games out there that don't have widescreen formats, but I have UT3 and I do think it does have widescreen report, don't know about ut2k4.

All new games will support wide screen, but some older ones may require editing config files to get it to work.

This is a good site to look at if you find a game that doesnt have natural WS formats.

UT3 and UT2k4 both natively support widescreen. However, in UT2k4 you have to edit a field of view (FOV) variable in a .ini file if you have a 16:9 monitor. The OP's 24" is probably 16:10 so a FOV of 100 (which is selectable via a GUI in the game) is OK.
