Just like the title says. The left half of the screen is darker than the right. I have not seen this and when I Googled it I got a lot of things about TV's and the top and bottom parts going dark. It was just given to me and Im wondering if this can be an easy fix. Anyone else have this? Im actually waiting to see how bad this is as the unit is on the way here as I type this message. I thought I'd get a post going and see if i can nail this down and end up with a good flat panel.

UPDATE:: This ends up being a Optiquest Q9. Its very dim but it works. any way to fix this?? replace the bulb?? So far not much help Googling this.
