TV Tuner for new setup

So I built my new pc this summer(in sig), and when I go back to school, I do not want to drag my old 19" tv. Takes up way too much space in the dorm room. I am going to be buying a 22 or 24" lcd within the next few weeks. I want to be able to use it for my pc most of time, as a tv using the schools cable, and for my xbox 360.

I dont know if its possible to have all 3 of these things work with 1 pc/lcd, but I sure hope so.

So, what are my options? :beer:

edit: just decided to go with an lcd tv instead.
