Hi guys its been a while since ive posted but i had a few questions.

My current setup is
4 Sony Bravia 50" TV's
2 GForce 8600's

Connected from HDMI -> DVI
On all tv's.

Here is my 1st problem..
I can't boot into windows.. with all 4 monitors plugged in..
even having just 1 of them won't boot past the bios into windows.

I have the latest Nvidia drivers.. the only way for me to boot is to plug in a regular display boot then plug in the displays.

I'm not running in SLI and well ya thats my problem.
its a fresh install nothing running besides VNC..

Anyone have any idea how to get this to work.. its more then annoying moving screens around to get it to work.

thanks a bunch

can you boot with the regular display using all of the 4 outputs?

just out of curiosity what are you using this setup for?

What PSU are you running?

4 50" TVs....overkill? Hell no... But in all seriousness, I dunno why it own't boot, usually it would still boot, but show no images because the displays weren't set up... odd...then again I've never hooked up 4 TVs as monitors so...

Yes i can -- and the setup is @ work to monitor *wish i had that at home ;)*

Not entirely sure.. its a work computer custom made id have to open it..

but they all work fine after i boot a reg screen and get into windows then i unplug and replug the main screens

Lol overkill never ;) but its not a personal setup its for work..
we have them setup to monitor the network (fiber) and other aspects of our company.

well when i have them all pluged in it seems to boot.. past the bios but i don't see an image i can ALT+CTRL+DEL and it will reboot.. not sure how far it gets past the bios..

I can't seem to find any drivers for this screen.. i guess i won't be able to reboot any time soon.. i noticed i had lots of DEFAULT MONITORS deleted them, so far screens get detected as Plug and Play.. hope that helps..

ive seen a few post around the net saying i should go into Safe mode with VGA
and set the screen rez there then reboot, but since were using them now i don't have time to test it.. figure if i set them to 800x600 reboot then set them bk to 1920x1080 it should work.. lets hope..

So i tried to boot into safe mode.. no dice..

I don't get any HD activity past POST with all 4 screens connected... i have no idea what it could be at this point.. figured it might be a MS bug..
do you think it could be PSU? i don't see how the PSU would affect this process..

Not entirely sure.. its a work computer custom made id have to open it..

Really need to find out what PSU you have...you could be close to if not overloading it when all 4 DVI's are hooked up...

Believe me...GPU's are more power hungry then CPU's now...especially in CF or SLI...(I know your not running SLI ;) )

I am having to upgrade my PSU...the 600w PSU is really pushing to run tri-fire with the OC's...1k PSU should be here in the next week at max :D

I see ill have to take it apart tomorrow. i opened it up it looks like a generic 500 watt.
i could not see any markings on it its probably at the top..

like just now i booted it up with a reg screen saw the WIN LOGO removed the plug and repluged the 4 monitors and bam working and plus it saved my last config.
