Confused about connections to 2408WFP

I want a Dell 2408WFP, It now has more connections apparently....

So can I simultaniously plug in 2 PCs and A PS2?

Say if all three are on at the same time, can I press a button to switch between playing PS2 and playing PC? Can I use both at the same time PIP style?

Or must I plug only one device at a time? ie switch off the PC then play PS2. Switch off the PS2 then play the PC? etc etc?

You should be able to leave all devices connected and powered on if desired. I know on my 2407WFP, the PIP only works with a Primary PC Input (DVI or VGA) and the other connections - you can't use PIP for the DVI and VGA combined (you can't PIP 2 PC's on my 2407)
