Monitro help

Hey all have a slight monitor annoyance problem..
i just picked up a Cicero 19flat screen crt monitor but i cant get the screen set up right. the top and middle is outta wack and the reset from the monitor front panel. i have tried everything config setting i can find I.E. pin cushion, top and bottom corners, pincushion, trapezoid etc. and it still looks off... i cant even find anything on the net about the monitor... and ideas...

If what You are complaining about is that the screen image is higher one side more than the other then there are no adjustments for that.
I am a tv/computer monitor tech and no monitors offer left, middle, or right vertical height adjust, only the entire vertical height is adjustable.
