I have a 22 Sceptre x-gamer. Picture was great when it was new as soon as the warranty expired the HDMI connection quit, now the DVI connection has crapped out as well:bang head
I'm running 8800GT Sli on a VGA connection...that's BS.
Can the connections on the monitor be replaced or repaired (by me) or do I need to donate the monitor to my dad to check his email on and buy a new one?

Well, you could replace them, it would be a bit of work and you would have to be pretty good at soldering.
My guess is something happened to the electronics.
What is wrong with VGA though? Looks good and you can have a higher refresh rate.

Why is VGA a problem? its only an issue as far as HDCP or resolutions far greater then the monitor will accept are concerned.
(Actually it is a problem because you already had 2 inputs die and you dont know why).
Or yah.. .what he said

Nothing wrong with vga.
I'm just waiting for that connection to take a header too...then I guess I can paste a photo of kirk maltby on it and let the kids shoot bb's at it...:attn:
The hdmi and dvi connections stopped about 2 months apart...
