Good ceiling mount

Thats my desk. I have a 22 westinghouse LCD that I am using now instead of that ancient CRT. I'd like a mount kit that I could bolt to the top and hang my monitor from it. Preferably something that could handle a large LCD TV because I plan to upgrade to something like that in the future.

For example, a mount that holds 60 or more pounds is a decent amount of money.
