ahhhh the craperware monitor is back at it again.... TBH for that big of a screen a rez of something 2800x900 is meh... my single 20inch viewable crt can run at 2048x1536 also the fact that that alienware monitor is actually 4 monitors is kinda lame cus it make for a horid picture.

It looks pretty deep, DLP I'd guess.. Kinda washed out looking too, at least in that picture.
Neat concept, I'm sure, but why don't they make a similar monitor in LCD?

From that picture, I can see the vertical lines....that would drive me nuts.
And low res...come on...

They claim that you will not be able to see the lines between the panels in the final product.

A bad game on a mediocre monitor!
I must say though, I really like the curve idea.

Yeah this is kinda old. This is a crappy monitor. Its DLP! Worst display tech, would rather have CRT. It should tell you something that DLP is now being discontinued by one after another panel maker. Interesting fact is that DLP's only viable market is in North America. Asia, EU, etc, ie the rest of the world already knows that DLP is lousy. Curve is interesting though.

I wasn't aware that DLP was available in a panel format to begin with :p

Anyone here play world of warcraft?
You could have so many things on your UI you wouldn't even be able to see it all.
A misunderstood game on a mediocre monitor!
I must say though, I really dislike the curve idea.
Fixed to reflect my opinion

his point is its already been posted twice and there is no need for a 3rd
any ways on topic
its a nice concept that its curved, but since its alienware its going to be too expensive for most of us, and tbh id rather have 3 sony FW-900 CRT's sitting around me like that, way better res, and just use one of those adapters cant remember the name of it (allows you to use 3 or more monitors as 1)
and tbh, i dont think its good for anything but gaming, if its even good for that

looks really cool, but everytime I go to a bigger screen, I get nice headaches for a week :P till I get used to it, right now im using a 22". I think that would melt my brain.
