It's a 20" widescreen, Philips 200WPES.

This monitor rocks! I got it because after some research I found out it has an 8bit panel (S-IPS, same found in several Dell 2007WFP), but only cost around 60% of what they ask for the Dell here.

The viewing angles rock, I can look at it from basically any direction without any distortion, whereas my dad's 17 TN starts to distort even I if just look a bit from the sides, or from up high.

Specs are:

Contrast 1000:1
Response time 8ms G2G
Native res. 1680 * 1050

I haven't had much time to test games or movies, will go to that part later. But for starters, here are some pics:

The stand is very adjustable. Height, pivot, tilt, and swivel.

Hmmm, I didn't know Phillips was making LCD monitors anymore. Nevertheless, it looks pretty sweet (USB on the side and everything).

Ok, here's my report:

No dead pixels, no ghosting in games. Good quality for movies (though I need to watch more stuff).

I have one question: Should I leave the frequency at 60HZ, or should I put it on 75HZ?

Personally, this is just a "me" thing: I'd leave it at 60Hz. If the monitor can take 75Hz it might or might not do it comfortably, but what that says is that it will take 60Hz no sweat. Better safe than sorry :p

How do you tell the difference between all the different panels?

LCDs don't have refresh rates, but rather response times. IIRC they are all 60Hz equivalent no matter what you set it to.

I bought the screen at a Swiss e-tailer, name probably wouldn't say much to you :P. It cost me around $370.
