Most 20-22" monitors are crappy this days. They use TN panels. But for the money, you cant beat Acer.

A little more than you want to spend but crappy does not fit their description.

Nice monitor...Much better in my humble opinion than the Acer.
TN panels have much faster response times and the 2ms that is stated for the Sammy is grey to grey...So if you want it for gaming response time is very important.
Bit the bullet and come up with the extra duckies...You will not be dissapointed.
The Acer Acer AL2216Wbd is about the only thing available given your budget.

I agree I'd save a few more pennies if you really want something half-decent in a 20"-22" gaming monitor.
PS... Is your graphics card gonna handle 1680x1050 resolution?

Hey Slick!
Here's the link..-> http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5969502
Make sure you order ONLINE.. Then pick it up..
I just purchased one of these for my wife..
Yeah, I used it on my Rig for Nascar 2003 season and FEAR...
All I can say is.... AWESOME!
I play on a DELL 22" flat screen CRT Monitor...
The difference is like night and day...
Made My Racing Sim "more" fun and realistic...
Go for it, you will not regret it....
