I just got a 24" sony GDM-FW900 trinitron and no matter what I do the image is slightly bent in one corner. If I mess around with the gemetry settings on the monitor I can fix any single area of the monitor but can never get it to look fully right all around. In other words I can move the bent corner to another part of the screen when I mess around with the many settings avalible in the firmware.
Right now the image bends inward on the right side starting of the middle down and ends up cutting off about 1/16 to 1/8th of an inch. It is not cutting off the image but simply bending the output. This doesnt affect anything it simply looks odd having part of the screen bent.
The monitor itself is wonderful picture wise considering that it is 7 years old now, and this is the only issue that I have with it.
If any one has this monitor can you post your geometry settings it would help a lot.
