Well after much research I was finally able to locate and purchase the Samsung 226BW.
To sum it up - WOW!!!!!!
I realise that for $369 it is at the high end for the 22" but IMHO it is well worth it if you want the best 22".
It is a very sleek monitor with the piano black frame and the picture is incredible!
So far I have only had time to play Dark Messiah on it but I did not notice any bleeding or ghosting. All settings cranked to max.
The difference between the 19" 5ms LCD and this is amazing it really pulls you into the action.
Edit: The only con I have noticed is that the monitor has no height adjustment.
