Just picked up a samsung 206bw today. 2ms 3000:1 There are 2 panel versions of the monitor one. Lucky I checked the back of the screen at it had the S after the model number, got the samsung made panel not the cheaper one. The blacks are very black on this monitor, clear picture, no ghosting, good colors, WoW looks amazing on it. So far very pleased. Moved from a viewsonic vp912b noticed a nice boost in image quality on this one. very minor backlight bleeding at the top, bottom.
