Right now I'm saving up some cash for this monitor here...

I have a Dell 17" fullscreen and I have never had a problem with it, just think it's time to go bigger. :) This monitor is cheaper than alot of the 22" I've seen and I personally like Dell monitors and have never heard a bad thing about them. What do you guys think?

It's probably a pretty decent monitor. But it's not on the same level as say the 2007FPW. Just make sure you read a lot of reviews on it regarding the color and viewing angles...and all of the other info.
I think if I had the $$ in that price range, I'd probably consider it....but I just want to make sure you research it :)

Yeah, right now I'm still saving up so there's room for change.

I'm in the market for a 22" widescreen myself. I'm seriously considering going with the Chimei on newegg for $280ish USD. My friend bought it a couple months ago and it seems to be a decent monitor so far.

I'm pretty sure I wanna stick with Dell for this one. I'm also thinking about stepping down to a 20"... It's a little over $60 cheaper and would probably fit better on my desk. Here's the one I was looking at...

Since I know you and your desk I would go 20" because you desk is small and you sit close to your monitor.:)

If you have a small desk and sit close to it, I'd go with the 20"
the 22" will have larger pixels....so a 20" closeup will look better.
