another which lcd to get thread

I am getting ready to switch to a widescreen lcd for gaming and general use. I won't be watching too many(if any) movies on it. I am looking at these 3 candidates:

I found a 17in KDS LCD on the sidewalk outside of my apartment a few months back on trash day. Well I plug it in and there is waviness in the display. Horizontal waviness covering the whole screen and after letting the thing warm up a bit, after all I did pull the thing of the street side in the winter (come to think of it, maybe it was closer to a year ago), the image cleared up. Well to make a long story short, it worked for a while and then it didn't and now I have a 19in LCD (seeing as I had already given away the spare monitor.) Don't know if that helps.
