Hi.

Just wondering if I would've noticed any visible difference if I would change my basic DVI-cable that followed along when I bought my Asus PW201, to a more high-quality Clicktronic cable for about 35 USD (300 swedish kronors).

Do I have to pay more if I want to see any difference, or CAN I see any difference at all depending on what DVI-cable I buy (in price-classes like 30 - 80 USD) ?

Would be great if someone could give me an answer to this. :)

Btw - I have a ATI Radeon X850Pro, if someone would like to know.

Because it's a digital signal you will see zero difference between cables. As long as the DVI cable can carry the signal it will be good.

On the flip side because a standard 15-pin VGA cable has an analog signal you should get a higher quality cable the longer you run it. If you try and run 10-15ft on a cheap-o cable you'll see ghosting and it may be fuzzy. This won't happen on a DVI cable.

Okey, thanks. :)
