Anybody ever heard of soyo?

The company I'm working for has a possible deal with cheap SOYO monitors, worth it or not?

I had a motherboard from them 7 years ago. No clue about monitors.

I also know them as a motherboard company. Full featured but flaky IIRC.

The $200 19" LCD at walmart (soyo I mean) looks rather standard. 8ms 1440 resolution) although picture is off a standard monitor and they say its a widescreen...

Just make sure its cheaper than any other cheap monitor of the same size/specs, they'll probably all be made with the same panels so other than the quality of the power supply and that sort of thing they're all basically the same. Soyo started life as a low end motherboard manufacturer as far as I know, not a "top notch" company but they've been around quite a while so obviously they dont make total junk.
