I went through allhell to fix this one, so if anyone has the 204B do some google'n before getting a new video card
Ok after a little more work ive found the problem. its not the video card, its my 20 inch 16x12 samsung monitor. its a sincmaster 204B and if you search for 204B problem alot of people are having the same thing problem im having. its with any card newer than an x800. so if you have one of these monitors you can call samsung and have it replaced with a 204T ( same panel but no repoted problems) thats what im doing. so it worked on my friends rig because he has the 204T and I have the 204B. go figure
