so sick. Right now i've got a 20.1" and a 17" and thinking about rigging up my Projector as a 3rd monitor. (2 monitors @ my desk and 1 on the wall in front of me.) Man i wish you could get 3 outputs out of one card... Think i'll have to grab another cheap card for a little trip' action.

You guys just using ultramon? i believe ultramon will support more than 2 monitors but just checking...

Very nice! That's what I'm tring to accomplish with my 4 monitors but my second video card is not cooperating. :bang head

You should change your sig. That little bit of storage pales next to those screens. ;)

Nice setup. Much prettier than my nasty looking mess.

1st: 21" CRT
2nd: 17" CRT
3rd: Old 17" CRT
4th: Flatscreen 17" CRT
5th: 13" TV

The way I have it running is even worse.

AGP - Radeon 9200 Saphire Atlantis SE 64mb: 1 and 5
PCI - Voodoo 5 32mb(?): 2
2nd PCI - Some off hand card made specifically for multi montiors 32mb: 3 and 4

Now, if they will just make acoustically transparent TFTs, you could mount center, right and left and do Imax at home.

Id have sympathy for you heh, but I do that everyday with games, information for games, homework and chats on my 5 heh.
But that set of displays is really nice. So tempted by the 30"er but $2k... ouch.
that sammy kinda looks out of place with your set =O

HAHAHA! A projector! That's sweet!

Woah, imagine 3 projectors!

Speaking of Woah. What kind of monitors are those 2 dell side pannel ones? I've never seen sideways ones like that. (or ones that could rotate to do so)

Uh... got any extra LCDs you aren't using? ;);)

I have the older version of them, and they do turn sideways... you just need to go into video options and rotate the screens.

Ok. No I mean if the actual stands turned sideways, I know about the option for the screen. But that's cool.

Love the monitor setup, I can only imagine how big that really is as I'm running 2x2001FP's and a 2405 and it's massive!

Just wondering though, why not a larger desk? Do you not need to write down certain notes and stickits and stuff? In college I had a 3x8 desk (yes...3' by 8') and a 1701fp and 2005fpw and it was so nice to be able to just have 2 or 3 open text books/notebooks behind my keyboard, just made referencing much easier.

Yah large desks are nice. I do not use mine because its solid steel and interferes with my wireless desktop suite :( Once I get a good wired suite though I am definitly going back to it.

2 19" CRTS and STILL have plenty of room

My. Oh. My.

:drool::drool:

This reminds me of all those CSI Tech Scenes and what not where theres someone in the middle of an entire mass of LCD's all around them, stacked above each other in a circle and what not. Where most of them you see scrolling matrix letters and what not just to make it look cool lol

*sigh*

Amazing monitor setup, shrinkydinx.

Folks, you'll be happy to know that I priced out the setup (minus the little monitor on the right).

1. First attain a new job at $8/hr, and work part time at 2.5 hours per day (weekdays only. I counted 20 weekdays per month, there are usually a couple more).

2. Order one 3007WFP and two 2007WFPs as soon as you start working. Order them with with the Dell payment plan.

3. Put all money earned towards payments. You will pay off by the 6th month (no interest!)

4. Setup monitors and join the elite ranks of shrinkydinx!

That makes me smile inside, lol, I've always wanted to do that but I just don't have the money to. It is very nice.me too. every time i got drunk i used to get tempted into buying a second monitor, but never did

then my dad bought me the 30 for my birthday, and i went crazy and bought the two 20's, two $500 video cards to support everything, a HUGE new psu to power the video cards, and an amaaaaaazing full tower case to help with heat dissipation from the psu and four gpus...

though ive paid off everything, i still havent quite recovered financially ;)

i like it... it's nice.. but the more important question is: HOW U DO IT LIKE THAT??? lol... i have 2 X spare 17" LCD and i would really like to have a set up like that with a 20" or 22" in the middle... still can't figure out how the hell u ram up 3 monitor like that :)... and also my monitor sucks ass.. it won't spin around 90 degrees like that... i might have to get some kindda stand or fix up to make it go like that.
