Can you get into safe mode? It usually loads at a lower res.

IIRC changing the res in safe mode won't affect your normal account. The only thing I can thing of is go into Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager. Under Diplay Adapters find your video card and uninstall it. Restart to normal Windows and it should load at the default res and then you can reinstall your drivers.

Any luck? Logically it should work but I've never had to do it, so I'm curious.

ive done this several times i had my monitor at a resoultion it didnt support and decided to use nvidias auto overclock feature and it messed my screen up and i couldnt see anything, i ended up booting into safe mode uninstalling the video card the reinstalling after rebooting back in normal mode.

it wont even let me un-install in safe mode...? it doesn't even say I have drivers installed...dont know what the hell is going on.. or maybe its because i installed vista on my secondary drive and it changed it to my primary. So my xp is now the D:/ drive...
maybe I will just re-install windows....(vista sucks harcore)i think its about time anyway...:bang head
