lcd response time

is there a software i can get that will tell me what the response time of the LCD monitor is?
im looking at a 2nd hand LCD monitor.. but the dude doesnt have the manual or box anymore

What monitor is it, knowing the people here if we see a pic or know part of a model number we could prob figure it out? I know that some program is used to test true responce rate by places that review monitors but I cant remember what it is called. Ill look around for it.
