How many of you have bought an LCD that's had a dead pixel/s after the warranty has run out?

Does it bother you?

What's the general time you've been given to be able to get an LCD replaced on the basis of dead pixels?

And finally, is there any fix? I heard something about this, but it sounded dodgy...

EDIT: Lock it if you wish, I ran the stuck pixel program from a search, it was blue on black, 5 minutes of that fixed it! (oh, and pushing gently in the area)

I had a stuck pixel on a 19" WS that I had bought, I returned it and bought this Samsung. No problems now.

Sometimes you can just rub stuck pixels and they will go away.

I dont have any dead pixels on any of my monitors but I did get dust in the screen of my toshiba tecra m4 laptop :bang head

edit: actually Im begining to wonder how many people have stuck or dead pixels myself this would make a great poll. We talk about dead pixels all of the time but I have no idea even roughly how many people actually have them and what the falure rate is.
