Can you still buy this in the dell store? I cant seem to find it for some reason.. Im looking at getting this or the 2007, can anyone help me find some good deals on these

AFAIK, the 2007 is supposed to replace the 2005.

yeah but the 2007 has that banding issues, i know that they say they have fixed it but still havent seen any proof. And i was looking on ebay but 90 bucks for shipping is crazy

When you shop on ebay, or anywhere for that matter, look at the price as a whole, shipping included, then compare with other prices.
