Was browsing some forums and ran across this (http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2757&highlight=counterstrike).

Hopefully when I get enough cash to afford a second 2405 I could do something like that. I can basically kiss any decent framerate goodbye lol

thats when you have to have a crossfire or sli setup to just get playable framerates eyecandy aside. too bad you cant run dual monitors in SLI...

I got lucky when I ordered a 6800 ULtra like taht guy... I ended up getting one for free and sold it on eBay for $500... that's when they were expensive I ordered mine for $380 at the time... it was a mad profit. LoL

Back on topic... That is amazing!! I would love to play wide screen like that.

That lucky dude* :D

Seems like he has a bit of distortion because of it though, oh well, that's what happens.

pretty cool...although having a split like that would drive me nuts.

Nice. Could you imagine if it was one single screen at that res? Better yet, a curved screen that wraped around u to simulate 360 degree veiws.

Hehe instead of a curved LCD how about just a projecter projected onto a curved screen :-P

I look forward to a time when cards support 3 screens, and then you dont have the split down the middle to worry about, and you can curve the setup at any angle you want

I think that would be the most realistic/economic/practical solution for super widescreen gameing

even more so, I look forward to the day I can afford such a setup :p

a couple months ago i saw a triple screen to play flight sim that curved a bit around you.
prolly unbuyable. i cant find it anymore tho. and i think the slpit was minimal.
anyone else ever see this?
edit: oh yeah very nice pics hehe. i wish i could see that much in cs too, oh well i love my good old 17in sony trini :attn:
