Does anybody feel that 2001fp prices will fall at all by the holiday season?

probably not unless its a sale, the 2001 has had 4 years for the price to fall

I'm hoping it does too. Widescreen just doesn't look too right, so the 20" panel should be great.

now will probobly be the cheapest till the end of the year. Dell pumps out coupons at the end of every quarter (Oct 31 RIGHT NOW), next quarter doesnt end till Dec 31, so I don't think you'll see them go down again till then.

Thank you for your replies everybody! Bal`thzar, I do hope you are right and your reasoning seems very sound. darksparkz, I also feel that way about wide screen monitors for personal use. They seem better suited for mutlimedia and games like HL2. wmiddleton, i wont be able to make this coupon but I guess dec 31 would still count as the holiday season in my book :)
