New LCD

Well this will be my first delving into the LCD world so I am looking to make it a pleasent one. So far I have done what I beleive to be a substantial amount of searching and reading and I think I have found the one for me. For you to help here is what I want. $250 or under and low response time (16 at highest) nice brightness (300cd/m2 or better) nice contrast ratio (700:1 or better) standard pixel pitch (0.264mm) and 16.7 m colors.

So far I have decided this is the best and plan on buying it this week if I dont get any other sugegstions.

My friend had that same LCD your looking at and for the price it's not bad. It's one of the better 8ms LCD's with DVI for under $250 IMO. The picture is crisp and has no ghosting, has one dead pixel but it's hard to see. One 17" I have used and really liked is the Samsung 730b, but it's a little out of your price range.
