can someone help me find driver?

I am trying to look for drivers but am having a hell of a time. I downloaded a few from manf site then scan from device manager but nothing came up newer. The current version i have is 7/22/2002 1.5.0.0 can you help me in finding newer ? i googled and yahooed with no luck.

Monitors don't really have drivers - they just have an .inf file that tells Windows the supported resolutions and refresh rates. Most newer monitors support DDC (Display Data Channel) so they can communicate directly with the video card / OS themselves (so you don't even have to have any kind of "driver"). Some professional monitors also come with colour calibration profiles (.icc or .icm).

Some really new monitors (IIRC Samsung for example) don't have any controls on the monitor itself and use desktop software instead but I don't think that's what you are looking for.

So the reason there is only that one "driver" is because your monitor capabilities havn't changed, so they havn't needed to update the driver.

my problem is that BF2 doesnt read that my monitor cant reach 1280x1024 at 75Hz which i read it suppose to. I dont have that option in my game but others do. How could i fix that ?

i tried that , game lets me sign on, then crashes. i followed that guide 100%

this is so weid. I edited the
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Settings\Profiles\Custom
videocustom.con so now i can start BF2 at 1280 x 1024@75hz

so then i went into
C:\Documents and Settings\Tony\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\0001
changed Video.con to 1280 x 1024@75hz so that the game would run in that res. No luck.
The weird thing is the game starts at that res then i click connect , says connect to server then just before control panel comes up CTD !
