Hi all

I need a monitor and want to leap to a TFT to save space. I still am undecided about what to go for.

My main requirements are that it is 17" and the majority of it is black. High contrast ratios and response times are a high priority. An internal power supply would be good too - or is that not much of an issue???

I am willing to spend approximately £200. I havnt got a DVI g/card so an analogue or anologue/DVI monitor would be needed.

I have spotted the " 17" Hyundai ImageQuest B71A 8ms Silver/black" and i think it looks ok. (external ps tho)

I havnt heard much about Hyundai other than the cars - good make?

If im willing to spend £200 is there a better TFT or a better one for less?

Ta guys

Hi. Anyone got any ideas?

I've been looking at other threads and havnt found this model - i read the thread about the Hyundai Image Quest L90D+ - seems like peeps are happy with the manufacturer.

Also, i'll probably be looking into buying a new gfx card...so shud i be looking into monitors that support both analogue and DVI???

Get a Samsung, I have a 19" 930B and it was around $400 which I'd guess is about 200 Pounds.

The 17" should be cheaper.

Cheers!
