Just now I have my CRT monitor sitting pretty close to my CRT TV (right next to each other) and the TV seems to put the monitor’s electron beam all funky because the image wobbles back and forth slightly. It's been like this for some years and I don't really care for now.

I am however planning on buying an LCD PC monitor (a Hitachi CML190SXW) and I'm wondering whether the TV will muck about with the LCD output?

No, an LCD won't be affected.

YaY, I just moved the base unit for my speakers away from my crt and it stopped alot of the shaking, but the TV is still making the image wobble (when turned off it stops). Is the "Hitachi CML190SXW" a good choice for my limited budget? I've found one for £149 and plan on buying it.
