Can anyone id this camera?

Hi folks,

I saw one of these for sale cheap and I was looking for details about it online. which are very sparse, just finding the manufacturers site and one review, in english.

I was wondering if anyone had seen it sold under a different name and model number, so I can see if the base unit has wider support.

Dont recognize it all, I work at a Circuit City store and never seen it there, or any other stores for a matter of fact :( . Im sorry I couldnt be of any help but hopfully you can figure it out!!
