browse on 2nd monitor while game loading?

CSS always take 30+ seconds to load and if i wanna do stuff on my 2nd monitor CSS minomizes and takes like 15 seconds to come back up!
soo is there any program that can accomplish what i want?

but how can i keep a game from minimizing while its loading while using the other monitor? :)

ive always wondered this too, is there a way to browse on one monitor without letting windows know that the other window 'lost focus' would be the way to state it d94 :santa: haha had to

You can't. If you can run the game in a Window then you could do it, but most games don't like doing that. It's still Alt-tabbing whether you have dual monitors or not.

muhaha. I aways wondered if there was a way to play 2 games at once, 1 on each montor. That would stress my system so bad, I only have 512 of ram :(
