I am in the Market for a Digital Camera.
What features should one look for when buying a Digital Photo Camera?

I primarally will be taking photo's maybe the odd 10 second clip, I currently use a PDA with SD flash cards. so SD flash is ideal, kinda putting sony out of the picture I guess. all help is greatly appreciated, as well as any links to Forums or webpages I could do research on.
I don't really have a price limit, but I don't want to spend an arm and a leg, size does matter. small is good.
