The best ~$300 19" LCD?

I want to spend about $400 on a new PSU and an LCD monitor. I don't know a whole lot about them, though. I've got my psu picked out, I think (fortron 500w for $70) so that leaves me about $330 for a new monitor. I don't want to go over $400 total, unless it's an incredible deal (like the dell deal that was around... $397 for that $750 monitor)

I need suggestions, links, articles, comparisons, etc of my choices. I'll be watching movies a little, gaming and surfing a lot. Right now I have a dell CRT flatscreen (not flat panel) that's 23"/19" viewable I think. Any suggestions?

Wait until Dell has another coupon for their 1905 or 2005. Sometime dell's 19" (1905) goes as low as $250 and their 20" widescreen (2005) goes as low as $350.
