Best general settings for LCD? L90D+

I'm somewhat of a noob when it comes to setting up my LCD. I have a L90D+ lcd that I just bought. What is the best res and all that to run? I play games and watch movies on it. I have a 9600xt. Sorry for being relatively vague...

Well, the best Resolution, is the Native Resolution, which is normally 1280 x 1024. Refresh rate is ok at 60hz. Other than that, you should be good. You could play around with the Brightness, and contrast, but that usually isnt needed.
