id post this in the lappy section but there isnt much goin on there, plus this is a display problem. on my ibm240 lappy, when the ac is unplugged there is a bit of flickering but when the ac is plugged in its perfectly fine. i tried setting brightness to full in bios and that didnt fix it :(
