Thinking about picking this monitor up because it's supposed to be awesome. Just wondering what their dead pixel policy is. Couldn't find any info about it on their site.

I'm not sure if the question ever got answered...but the bottom says none? I don't know if that's what it was referring to...it kinda got off topic. I'd like to know also because I'm interested in this monitor as well.
I am also thinking about gettin a LCD but the dead pixel idea scares me. this is probably unreasonable but i think if you get a LCD screen with a dead pixel you should get a replacement. spending 300+$ on a LCD and if there is anything wrong with it i think you should get a replacement...

I was just looking at it on newegg and it said 8 or more dead pixels for a replacement... hope this helps.
EDIT:
here's (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824179014) the link to the monitor on newegg... says 8 pixels
