I just pluged in my new 17" LCD. $239 Samsung 12 sec response time.

I've always ran 1024x768 @85Hz, but this LCD recommends 1280x1024 @60Hz. Should i change Dxdiag, direct draw override from 80Hz to 60 Hz? Should i change all my game settings to 1280x1024 @60Hz?
