Hi,

I recently installed my computer hardware into a new Antec computer case with a higher powered power supply. But for some reason, whenever I boot up my computer, it will view my boot-up screen and log-on screen in Windows distorted. By distorted, I mean like weird looking multi-colored squares/lines all over the screen. But when I restart the computer, everything is back to normal. What is the problem? How can I fix this problem? I already tried reseating my video card, updating my latest video card & monitor driver, but this issue is still occurring. Please let me know.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks and here are my comp specs:

Antec Case w/ Antec SmartPower 350
ASUS A7V133 Mobo
Nvidia Geforce2 MX400
SB Live! Value
Seagate HDD 130GB
Wester Digital HDD 30GB
Liteon CD Burner
Hitachi DVD-Rom
512MB Mushkin PC133

I was going to try update my BIOs, but my Floppy Disk Drive isn't work. It wouldn't read the disk and display this message "Insert disk in A:" even though there is one already inside.

Here are some pics, too:

By "Voltage Rails," do you mean this:

If so, then that's what it looks like when it's running fine (without distortion).

Yes that. If they're not tanking when your CPU is loaded then you're probably OK PS wise though I'd probably try another just to be thorough. It seems like some kind of power issue because it exhibits a problem cold that disapears when you restart(warms up).
